  • Do I have to be an existing client or student to take part in this program?

    Absolutely not! This program is available to everyone. It is particularly targeted at those struggling with stress & anxiety.

  • I am an absolute beginner to courses & stress management, is that ok?

    We all begin somewhere & I for one am an avid life-long learner. Which is lucky given the move online due to lockdown restrictions! You have already taken the first step in just looking at this program. I can promise you this program is based on my belief that things should be simple & easy. However don’t underestimate the power of simple & easy! As the tools & techniques I will guide you through are highly effective when used properly & regularly. I am here throughout this program to guide & direct you. You certainly won’t be jumping into the deep end alone!

  • What is your background & experience?

    Well my story begins 34 years ago when my youngest son was born with Down syndrome. He’s my little door opener. I was introduced to Aromatherapy at a group i attended with him. From there my interest grew and I trained. I’m really passionate about inspiring people to release their old limited stories about themselves. I know what it’s like to panic and feel desperate. There’s always a better way forward. Change your thoughts change your life. I’m a big nurturer living my best life too! My overall goal in everything I do is to help YOU to live YOUR best life! My aim as a practitioner is to reach out to my clients with an empathetic attitude inspiring them & nurturing them on their journey of healing and good health maintenance. A large part of my work is empowerment coaching, supporting clients with life skills & stress management, through mindfulness meditation and relaxation. My speciality is Anxiety Management, where I inspire people to change their thinking to reduce their stress, anxiety & overwhelm, recover their lost self-esteem and confidence, to enable them to live the healthy, peaceful life they deserve. As well as holistic life coaching my other therapies include reflexology, Reiki, aromatherapy & QTT. I also taught ITEC Reflexology, Holistic Massage, & on-site massage in Crumlin College, Dublin.

  • How much is the program, how do I pay?

    The total price for the Address That Stress Program is €249. This is a special introductory price to mark Stress Awareness Month. This is a saving of €100. The full price of this program will be €349. It is payable via card.

  • What is included in the price?

    The price covers 4 in-depth modules on a variety of stress topics & considerations over the course of 4 weeks. A weekly scheduled zoom class from 7.30-9pm on four Tuesdays is included. We will go through the key learning points, you will have a chance to seek more clarity or ask any questions & take part in a beautiful guided meditation that will allow you space to be in the moment & collectively raise our vibrations. Please be assured that the zoom class is a safe space and adheres to my housekeeping rules as a therapist. The learning segment of these calls will be recorded. Support Notes and Worksheets to put what you have learned into practice are also included with each week. A video from me is also included in each module to guide you through. Access to a dedicated Address That Stress Facebook group. Life-time access to your Address That Stress course notes & class recordings.

  • When does the program start?

    Simply enrol now and your program will begin with the first Zoom class on Tuesday April 5th. You will receive an email with the Zoom link, instructions & we will take it from there! The next zoom classes will be on the 12th, 19th & 26th April. Please note the 4 zoom calls will be scheduled zoom calls from 7.30-9pm & including all participants. The course runs over 4 weeks and each week the next part of your course will be online for you to begin following that week’s zoom call.

  • What level of commitment do I need to provide for this course?

    The level of commitment you wish to provide is entirely up to you! This course is self led so it can be completed at your own pace, at a time and date that suits you and there is zero requirement to have it completed within the 4 weeks. You will have life-time access to your Address That Stress course. However, it is important to note that the weekly Zoom calls will be scheduled.
